And Richard Ohlfs requests a Conditional Use Permit to St. Croix County Ordinance Section 15.285.2 to operate an outdoor recreation facility, on a 40-acre parcel located at 1439 Hwy 65 in the NW ¼, SW ¼, Sec. 23 T30N R18W, Parcel # 026-1069-10-000, Town of Richmond. All interested persons are invited to attend said hearings or submit written comments to the St. Croix County Community Development Department at 1101 Carmichael Rd. Suite 1315, Hudson, WI 54016.
